Help launch 123Grow: An online subscription-based service where members receive guidance and help to fix their business models AND an offsite training and support center for young girls and young women entrepreneurs

While putting my program together, I was 39 weeks pregnant. Life then dealt me a tough blow, I suffered a massive stroke. It has been more than five years since I survived the stroke and I have made so much progress it is remarkable. I came to the conclusion that I have to share what I have learned and stop wasting time, …my reason for reaching out to you today.

I don’t know the reason for having a stroke, it really doesn’t matter, I see it as a privileged that has directed me to share my learning and make a difference in the lives of others!

It’s my mission to help busy stay at home survivor moms struggling to start a business with just a few hours a day, by turning those hours into consistent results, helping them claim their own independence again. 

By creating a different outlook and approach to life and goal planning for those moms who often feel lost, overwhelmed, frustrated and burned out with little or no results.

HOW:

This will be an online subscription-based service where members have access to receive guidance and help to fix their business models and the way they work to reach consistent results for further growth, ultimately giving back time, for the more important things in life… like kids and family!

SECOND PART OF THE BUSINESS:

In this part of the business I would like to give back to a community cause and to sponsor by opening an offsite training and support center for young girls and young women entrepreneurs.

123Grow will supply the training material, tools and resources and ultimately produce student leaders and trainees who have a passion to make a difference and who live by the same mission to create continues growth

COST FOR PHASE ONE AND TWO:

Cost of Phase One : (Action-ed in First quarter of 2016)

Website and software development cost to get the program and platform ready, with outsourcing fees will cost $16500 (part of the site was already designed by me but to make it more secure and to do the integration I will need to outsource a these functions)

Training videos are being created together with the course layout. Some custom changes if need be will be outsourced. Facebook budget is set to $1000 for the launch.

Cost of Phase Two: (Action-ed in Second quarter of 2016)

Training facility, wages, tools and resources to produce student leaders. Any donations over and above the amount needed for the platform and training will be used to further training when needed and where possible and for system enhancements.

FIRST QUARTER ACTION PLAN:

3 months is the estimated amount of time needed to finish building the website and software and complete the integration. And one month for testing and tweaking.

During the development phase of the website and software platform I will begin preparing for the launch by creating a series of training videos. My book “Never Too Late” and “21-Day FREE Achieve Course” will be used as lead-magnets.

I will advertise these training videos and my book by using Facebook ads.

My goal is to have 1000 email subscribers by company launch. Facebook budget is set to $1000 and launch date is set to 1 April 2016.

Second Quarter Action Plan for the training facility is currently on the drawing board – details will be made available once it’s ready.
