Party In A Box

About the project

Hi, my name is Lisa and I run Beau’s and Belle’s Wedding and Event Services. I plan and dress up all kinds of events across the North West of England. I would like to expand our business with launch of our product, Party In A Box.

The idea is that you will receive a full party kit in a box delivered to your door with a book crammed full of hints, tips and recipes perfect for hosting any theme of party.

Themes will range from children to adult with a vast range to choose from.

Here are a few examples:

COCKTAILS AND CANAPES

In this box you will receive the following items:

Mini appetiser set: mini bowls/plates/mini forks and spoons/mini serving boards for cheese and fruit

Serving Trays

Plastic cocktail glasses and champagne flutes

Cocktail stirrers and picks

Decorating kit with table cover

Cocktail shaker and ice bucket

A mixture of cocktail mixers and mini spirit bottles

A full colour party guide book with hints, tips and recipes

Alice in Wonderland Tea Party

You will receive everything you need to host a lovely Alice in Wonderland themed afternoon tea including lovely paper plates, cups and napkins. Beautiful Alice themed cake stands, place cards and doilies. You will also recieve a full colour party guide book full of hints, tips and recipes.

Frozen Themed Kids Party

You will receive a full party kit consisting of invites, decor, party bags and games. You will also receive a full coulr party guide book full of hints and tips, easy party food and lots of games.

The funding will be used to create branding for the business, market the product and print and publish the guide books that come with every box.

We are hoping to fill a gap in the market, providing everything you need to host a perfect party without all the stress.

Not everyone can afford a party planner in this economy, nor do they have the time to plan an event so we are hoping this product takes the stress out of planning and hosting a party.

There will be many themes available including 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, hen party, girls night in, Despipcable Me, Frozen. the list is endless and we will be able to create bespoke boxes.

We aim to use local businesses to add special touches to each box and advertise small businesses throughout the UK.
