My name is Jeff Spink. My partner, James Hafner and I have an exciting new restaurant concept we would like to bring to the San Francisco Bay Area, along with other untapped markets. This style of food is taking off in other markets and there is currently nothing like it in the area. With this concepts low overhead, all we would require is 200k capital to get started. Hoke Poke will offer build your own (think Chipotle style) poke bowls to the San Francisco Bay Area, expanding out to other untapped markets. Poke restaurants are trending in Southern California right now and there is currently nothing like it in the Bay Area. In addition to the bowls, we will offer poke burritos (wraps), poke nachos and poke tacos. Healthy, delicious, filling and affordable.
