Mr. Larson produced and owns a “Bob Hope USO Show”. The value of this show if sold on DVD has been estimated at a gross of $35,000,000 with a net value of $27,000,000.00 over a 5 year term.
Drive In Theater will have three screens and estimated gross of 2,500,000.00 per year.
It will be state of the art including three large 50 by 100 foot viewable area screen towers.
